If you have ever wondered how the stage lights work or whether AI automatically changes the slides on screen, the secret is out: it doesn’t. There is an actual face behind the magic, and her name is Nicole!

Nicole has been a part of The Heart LA since day one and has served on the lead team overseeing production for the last two years. We often call her our “hidden gem”—quiet and unassuming, yet incredibly faithful, dedicated, and sharp. She prefers working behind the scenes, showing that production is the perfect home for anyone who wants to serve without needing the spotlight.

Ironically, outside of production, Nicole is a Chapman University graduate and a talented writer and screenwriter.
