When our “nets” are empty, we look to our past, our selves, or others to fill it. Jesus' desire is to fill what's empty.

Meditate on God Today, Remember Him Tomorrow | pt8

Most of us are not thinking about God most of the time let alone at any time because we are too busy, too much in a hurry, and much more interested in talking rather than listening. But what we can learn from a young David is his time of meditation on God. This practice of thinking about God helped him during his most difficult seasons when he needed him tomorrow.

Pray for People pt4

We were never designed to be alone and live life alone. In 1 Samuel 22, we will see how God uses people to help David in his time of need, as he will help you during yours.

You’re Worth the Search

You are worth finding. You are so valuable that God will do what it takes, send who he needs to, to get your attention to find you if you are lost. For some of you who are already following Jesus, today may be a reminder of how much God loves you and values you. For others, who haven’t made the decision to follow Christ, today may be the day that you realize that you are not worthless, but worth something that Jesus came for you.
