Every year at The Heart LA Church, we choose a campaign for our end-of-the-year giving. This year, we will be giving to three different organizations who are focused on reaching people with the saving news of Jesus Christ! We are believing more salvations!

Our Strategy for Giving

At the Heart LA, one of our values is GENEROSITY. We have a heart for giving our time, talents, and treasures. Just like Jesus said to be a witness in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth; so we are going to give where we can bless people as well. We are going to invest into our local area, our country, and around the world.

Projects Where We are Investing

Union Rescue Mission 

This organization exists to help end the cycle of homelessness by walking alongside individuals and families on their journey home—offering compassionate care, emergency services, transformational programs, education and job training, life-building skills, and the support needed to achieve lasting stability and thrive in community right here in the city of Los Angeles. 

This year, we are supporting this organization with a financial blessing of $5,000 as well as participating in their Christmas Toy Drive.

Sri Lanka 

We're so thrilled to be partnering with People's Church in Sri Lanka to help them spread the love of Jesus! This is huge because less than one percent of the nation knows Jesus, and we get to be a part of changing that. We're helping them plant a brand new campus so they can reach and serve more underserved families with the Good News. Our big goal is to send them $24,000 for this incredible work. So far, we've sent $3,000, which means we still have $21,000 left to raise.

Next Generation: Heart Kids and Heart Youth

One of the most impactful and enduring investments we can make into the future of our church is building up the next generation of believers. We invite you to join us in dedicating resources to the vital work of discipling young hearts for Jesus Christ through our thriving Heart Kids ministry. This program provides a safe and clean environment for children where they can learn about the Word of God while having a blast!

We will also be starting Heart Youth within the next year, an essential step for keeping our teens anchored in faith. Your support will enable us to purchase necessary curricula, equip safe and engaging spaces, and provide our dedicated volunteers with the tools they need to build up lifelong disciples.
