Summer is here! Can you believe it?! This season for groups we are having something called ‘summer hangs.’ These are different events throughout the summer to help you get connected and build community.
Don’t do life alone! We were designed to live in the community. Typically, our small groups season happen weekly or bi-weekly. But for the summer, we are going to have multiple one-day events for you to join. So….here is a great chance to build some new friends. We would love to have you join us at any of these upcoming groups.

Movie Night over the Summer
Join us for Movie Night on Saturday, June 15th! We are going to be seeing the new movie, Inside Out 2 at the Grove. You can sign up on our website to let us know you are coming. However, you will need to buy your own ticket in order to have a space to sit in the theater. We can’t wait to see you there!

Game Night
Join us for an epic battle called Game Night! This is taking place on Monday, June 24th. Game night takes place from 7 pm to 10 pm. Sign up today to be sent the address.
Men’s Camping Trip
The men’s camping trip is a great time to build community and hang out with some guys from our church. This trip is scheduled to take place from July 18th to July 20th. More details are coming soon, but you can still sign up to join us.
This will be an overnight trip where you will need to provide money for food, etc. This is the only event that you actually need to sign up for. If you are considering going on this trip, please sign up as soon as possible.
Men’s Breakfast
Join us for a men’s breakfast on Saturday, June 15th from 10 am to 12 pm. This is a great time to eat a great meal and make some friendships with the guys at the church.
In the fall, we will have our normal men’s group continue on Saturdays at the Original Farmer’s market. You are more than welcome to join that group as well when it begins in the fall.
Women’s Breakfast
Join us for a women’s breakfast on Saturday, June 29th from 9 am to 11 am. This is a great time to eat a great meal and make some friendships with the ladies at the church.
We will be eating at ‘Met Her at a Bar.’ Meet at the church parking lot and we will walk from there. Remember, everyone will be paying for their own meal.
In the fall, we will have our women’s group continue to meet. This group is on Saturday mornings over zoom. This is a great time where we can grow in our walk with the Lord and we can make new friends as well!
Beach Day
We can’t wait for Beach Day! Join us on Saturday, August 17th at Manhattan Beach. We will be there from 10 am to 2 pm. Feel free to join us at any time! Bring some snacks and drink and even some things to do!
Children are more than welcome to attend these events! Just remember, there is no ‘childcare.’ You are responsible to watch your own kiddos.
